MOBILE, Alabama -- The spotlight will shine brightest on the quarterbacks at this year’s Senior Bowl.
A year after a down season of sorts for signal-callers at the annual all-star event, the position will feature some of this year’s top draft prospects. Two of them, Wyoming’s Josh Allen and Oklahoma’s Baker Mayfield, have been pegged to the Browns, who hold the No. 1 and No. 4 picks, in recent mock drafts.
Quarterbacks have seen their draft stock soar after an impressive week in front of hundreds of NFL scouts and player personnel in what’s considered to be the last true “real football” test before the draft.
