The Cleveland Browns season story can be wrapped around injuries, especially to Deshaun Watson, Nick Chubb and Jack Conklin. If those three players were healthy, the Browns might be considered among the favorites in the AFC.
Instead, Cleveland was forced to start QB Joe Flacco in Week 13 after he signed to the team 13 days prior due to Watson’s injury, PJ Walker’s poor performance and rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson’s concussion. Flacco’s start was promising but Kevin Stefanski has not named a starter for Week 14 as DTR starts his process out of concussion protocol.
