The Cleveland Browns made a minor roster move on Wednesday by signing defensive lineman Blaine Woodson.
Woodson, who is 6-foot-2 and 295 pounds, was originally signed by the San Francisco 49ers in May as an undrafted free agent out of Delaware. As a member of the Blue Hens, Woodson the Colonial Athletic Association Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2014, and also was a second-team All-CAA pick three times.
The 49ers released him on July 26.
Woodson started played in 45 games with Delaware, making 44 starts, and finished his collegiate career with 21.
