CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Josh Gordon had an amazing first game for the Cleveland Browns in last week's 19-10 loss to the Chargers in Los Angeles:
1. I was at the game and watched Gordon a lot, even when he was not directly part of the play. As I wrote, he knew the plays. He was in good shape considering his last regular season game was in 2014.
2. In his conference call, Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy credited Hue Jackson and the Browns coaching staff with having Gordon prepared to play. It's not easy to walk off the street into the middle of the NFL season for Game 11.
