CLEVELAND, Ohio — It started against Tennessee. It got worse in Pittsburgh. And now, with the Saints waiting on the other side of a bye week spent studying film, the Browns have a problem that goes beyond a rough two-game stretch — they have a blueprint problem.
Opponents have figured out how to attack the Browns’ aggressive, attack-style defensive front, and the results have been ugly. Cleveland surrendered 183 rushing yards to Tennessee and 200 more to Pittsburgh. That’s nearly 400 yards on the ground in back-to-back weeks, and the scheme being used against them isn’t exactly a secret anymore.
