The Cleveland Browns have decided to give Rashard Higgins an encore in 2020.
The team has reportedly agreed to re-sign the wide receiver known as “Hollywood” to a one-year deal for the veteran minimum, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the cleveland.com:
It seemed a forgone conclusion that Higgins would sign elsewhere are spending the bulk of the 2019 in then head coach Freddie Kitchen’s doghouse. But with a change to head coach Kevin Stefanski, and a chemistry with quarterback Baker Mayfield that developed in 2018, Higgins is willing to give it another try with the Browns.
