The Cleveland Browns placed linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah on the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Sunday.
The move comes just a day after rookies and quarterbacks returned to Berea for training camp, which opens on Wednesday.
Owusu-Koramoah, the team’s second-round selection in the 2021 NFL Draft out of Notre Dame, will now have to quarantine for a minimum of 10 days if he tested positive, is symptomatic and unvaccinated.
League rules prohibit teams from disclosing if a player tested positive or was just in contact with someone who tested positive.
