BEREA: When Alvin Bailey describes the best of his football career, he speaks as if he’s sharing a goulash recipe.
“You kind of put it all in a big pot and kind of mix it in,” Bailey, a 6-foot-3, 320-pound Browns offensive lineman, said Sunday before the third practice of training camp.
The truth is Bailey’s answer would probably have been more specific to football if he thought he had approached his pinnacle, but he believes he hasn’t come close yet.
Bailey, 24, is hoping to earn a job as a full-time starter for the first time in his NFL career.
