Browns notebook: D-lineman Billy Winn nervous about chances of making team: ‘Hopefully I did enough’

CHICAGO: Browns defensive lineman Billy Winn has been nervous for the past week about his chances of making the team.

“I probably won’t sleep tonight,” Winn said after the Browns fell 24-0 to the Chicago Bears in the preseason finale Thursday night at Soldier Field.

All NFL teams must cut their rosters from 75 to 53 players before 4 p.m. Saturday.

“Hopefully I did enough,” said Winn, a sixth-round draft pick in 2012 on the verge of entering the final season of his rookie contract. “I want to be a part of this team. I want to be here.
