Browns Hold Visit With Former Colts Cornerback Vontae Davis Friday

The Cleveland Browns have oodles of money to spend in free agency this off-season and will look to improve their team in more ways than one before the 2018 NFL season. It appears the team’s first order of business is to sign a top secondary player.

On Friday, the Browns held a visit with free agent cornerback Vontae Davis.

Off his visit to Buffalo, former Colts' CB Vontae Davis is in Cleveland today visiting with the Browns, per source. More visits expected next week as well.

Davis last played with the Indianapolis Colts before he was released due an argument with the team about a nagging groin injury that eventually affected his play pretty badly.
