The Cleveland Browns announced on Tuesday that they are bringing Joe Thomas back ... to the broadcast booth.
Thomas, who earned 10 trips to the Pro Bowl during his career with the Browns and is currently an NFL Network analyst, will team up with play-by-play man Tom McCarthy on the Cleveland-area broadcasts of the games against the Jacksonville Jaguars on August 14 and the New York Giants on August 22.
Thomas is looking forward to seeing what the Browns can do under second-year head coach Kevin Stefanski, according to the team’s website:
“It gives me chills just thinking about being back in Cleveland and being able to call the Browns’ preseason games.
