The Browns will open the preseason this summer on the road against Green Bay and play their “dress rehearsal” game in front of a nationally televised audience at Tampa Bay.
The NFL announced the exhibition opponents for all 32 teams Thursday.
Specific dates and times for the games are expected to be announced later this month along with the regular-season schedule.
The Browns’ preseason schedule is as follows:
• Aug. 11-15: at Green Bay
• Aug. 18-22: Atlanta
• Aug. 26, 8 p.m. on CBS: at Tampa Bay
• Sept. 1-2: Chicago
Preseason games will be televised locally on WEWS (NewsChannel 5).
