1. Haley comes to Cleveland after six seasons as the offensive coordinator in Pittsburgh, where he helped the Steelers’ unit become one of the NFL's best. This past season, the Steelers — armed with stars such as quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, running back Le’Veon Bell and wide receiver Antonio Brown — finished third in total offense and eighth in points per game. According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, Haley’s offenses finished four straight seasons in the top 10 for scoring while Roethlisberger, Bell and Brown recorded some of their best individual performances.
