There's no doubt the Cleveland Browns are still rebuilding. But there's also hope and promise around the franchise right now.
It'd be a surprise if the Browns make the playoffs in 2017, but they are building in the right direction. They've had two great drafts in a row and have a boatload of picks for the 2018 Draft. If Cleveland remains patient, the results will come.
