Zerrick Cooper became the latest Clemson Tiger to announce his transfer today when he announced his intention to leave the ACC Champions via a Tweet on the Clemson Football account. Cooper also confirmed to TigerNet that he would be taking a visit to Jacksonville State. This leaves Clemson with 5 quarterbacks on scholarship.
Cooper arrived at Clemson as a 4-star prospect and one of the best QBs in the country. He redshirted his first year at Clemson and competed for the starting job last spring and into fall camp. Unfortunately in limited action this year Cooper never seemed to put everything together.
