CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Dabo Swinney said he wanted his Clemson team to have some fun, something it has not had too much of before Saturday.
Swinney kept his word.
On the first play from scrimmage in Saturday’s 38-10 win over North Carolina, the Tigers called a trick play, as quarterback Cade Klubnilk threw a backwards pass to wide receiver Antonio Brown, who then threw a deep ball down the near side to T.J. Moore, who caught the perfect pass and raced 75 yards for a touchdown.
One play, one touchdown. The Tigers were having fun.
