The latest USA TODAY Sports Men’s Basketball Coaches Poll was released on Monday, as well as the latest AP Top 25 Men’s College Basketball Poll.
Clemson (20-4, 10-1 ACC) moved up to No. 18 in the Coaches Poll, while Clemson is still ranked No. 20 in the AP Poll.
Last week, the Tigers were No. 19 in the Coaches Poll and No. 20 in the AP Poll.
Clemson is coming off a 77-55 victory at Cal on Saturday, after the Tigers won at Stanford, 66-64, on Wednesday.
Clemson became just the third team to sweep Stanford and Cal on its West Coast swing (Wake Forest last season and Duke this season).
