What They’re Saying: Clemson, Notre Dame 12-Game Series

Clemson and Notre Dame are set to square off a lot in the years to come.

Of course, it was announced Tuesday that the Tigers and Fighting Irish have agreed to a 12-year annual home-and-home series across the 2027-38 seasons — a series that will showcase two of college football’s winningest programs.

Clemson holds a 5-3 lead in the all-time series with Notre Dame. The two schools have met six times since 2015, including four meetings in the regular season and two in the postseason. The schools have split the four regular season meetings, with Clemson winning both postseason matchups (2018 Cotton Bowl Classic, 2020 ACC Championship Game).
