True Freshman Clemson OL Out for Season

Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney held his weekly Zoom conference call with the media on Sunday afternoon, following the Tigers’ 20-19 win at No. 20 Louisville on Friday night.

Swinney gave an injury update on true freshman offensive lineman Brayden Jacobs, who was injured after the win.

Jacobs went down in the postgame celebration and was being attended to by trainers. Later on, Jacobs was seen in a walking boot, with a very noticeable limp. He was not using crutches, though.

On Sunday, Swinney said Jacobs has a foot injury and will be out for the season as well, like veteran OL Walker Parks.
