Lee’s Summit (Mo.) West four-star cornerback Mario Goodrich has received an offer from Clemson, he announced late Wednesday night.
Goodrich (6-2, 180) is a top-150 prospect in the 2018 class according to all of the major recruiting services. He committed to Nebraska last May before reopening his recruitment in early December.
Clemson cornerbacks coach Mike Reed paid a visit to Goodrich last spring. Goodrich told TCI at the time that he was interested Clemson.
“I’m interested,” Goodrich said. “I don’t really know too much. I know it’s a nice campus. … I obviously know that they won the national championship (in 2017).
