With Clemson quarterback Cade Klubnik suffering a sprained ankle during the dominating 41-10 win over Boston College on Saturday, there are questions surrounding his availability for this week’s game against SMU.
Dabo Swinney was asked about his status during his weekly press conference on Tuesday and the head coach is confident his senior signal caller will be able to go, despite Klubnik being held out of practice on Monday.
“We’ve only had last night, and he was just over with the trainers,” Swinney said. “He is sore, but he will be a little better each day. He will be ready to go.
