Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney held a Zoom conference call with the media on Monday evening.
Swinney provided an update on starting left guard Collin Sadler, who had to be carted off the field with an injury during last Saturday’s loss to SMU.
Sadler went down on the field injured after a play in the fourth quarter. The injury cart was brought out for him, and trainers put an air cast on his leg. After the game, Swinney said Sadler suffered an ankle injury, but the test came back negative. “The initial report on Sadler was negative, so that is a positive,” Swinney said.
