Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney joined XL Primetime (1010 XL / 92.5 FM) and discussed a number of different topics, including Trevor Lawrence.
Swinney gave some thoughts on his former star quarterback, who is now entering his fifth season with the Jacksonville Jaguars after being selected with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
Heading into the 2025 campaign, Lawrence has played in 62 games for the Jags, including two playoff games, and he’s started all of those contests.
Lawrence’s record as Jacksonville’s quarterback is currently 23-39, including the postseason. That’s unfamiliar territory for the talented signal-caller, considering he concluded his Clemson career 34-2 as a starter.
