Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney was back in his native Alabama on Sunday afternoon to see the Week 6 UFL contest between the Birmingham Stallions and San Antonio Brahmas – a rematch of the 2024 UFL championship game.
Swinney was on hand at Protective Stadium in Birmingham, Ala., to support multiple former Clemson players who now suit up for the Stallions.
Wide receivers Amari Rodgers and Deon Cain are on the Stallions’ roster, as is cornerback Mario Goodrich, though he didn’t play Sunday.
Swinney got to watch as Rodgers scored on a 43-yard catch-and-run in the second quarter of the Stallions’ eventual 26-3 victory over the Brahmas.
