Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney held his Zoom conference call with the media on Monday evening following last Saturday’s loss to Syracuse.
Swinney was asked about the ACC fining Syracuse for faking injuries in the Orange’s 34-21 victory over the Tigers at Death Valley.
On Monday, the ACC announced it is issuing a $25,000 fine and public reprimand to Syracuse for faking injuries, declaring its actions “unethical and contrary to the spirit of the rules.”
“That’s the first I’ve heard about that. … I don’t have any comment on that,” Swinney said Monday evening.
