During Clemson’s season-opening loss to LSU on Saturday, the Tigers lost two key pieces to injury.
Star wideout Antonio Williams exited in the second quarter after straining a hamstring, and during his weekly Wednesday Zoom call, Dabo Swinney was asked how much he’s been able to practice so far this week.
“Just a little,” the head coach said. “We will let you know later in the week where we are.”
Junior safety Khalil Barnes exited later in the contest after aggravating a hamstring that had hampered him in fall camp. When asked his status, Swinney had a similar response.
