Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney met with the media on Thursday afternoon and gave an update on his team from a health standpoint as the Tigers kick off fall camp.

Swinney said the Tigers are in a “good spot” health wise right now and that walk-on linebacker Billy Wilkes is the only real long-term injury, as he tore his ACL in the spring game.

Swinney said running back Jay Haynes, defensive ends Armon Mason and Ari Watford, and offensive lineman Watson Young will be limited to begin fall camp but are “doing really well.”

“Those guys will be rolling pretty quickly,” Swinney said.
