Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney met with the media following the Tigers’ 45-10 victory over Furman on Saturday at Memorial Stadium.
Swinney gave an injury update on redshirt junior defensive end Jahiem Lawson, who was injured early in the third quarter of Saturday’s game. There was good news for Clemson in regards to Lawson’s injury.
“I think it is just a sprained ankle. We will just have to see where he is. He will be day-to-day,” Swinney said.
With 10:47 to play in the third quarter, Lawson was injured on a third-and-7 play from the Furman 23-yard line.
