Playing time has been hard to come by in recent weeks for Clemson wide receiver Tyler Brown.
Over the last four games, Brown is averaging only nine snaps per contest. The redshirt sophomore played eight snaps in Clemson’s most recent game at Louisville last Friday, after playing seven snaps vs. FSU, 11 vs. Duke and 10 vs. SMU.
Brown is the backup slot receiver behind Antonio Williams, and that’s a part of his lack of snaps. But is Brown not suited to playing the other receiver positions and seeing the field more that way?
