Ohio corner enjoys Clemson

The first trip to Clemson for Tony Butler was a successful one.

Clemson hosted the three-star cornerback from Lakewood-St. Edward (Ohio) on Monday afternoon.

“I had a good trip. It was a pretty unique place. I liked it a lot. I saw a lot, so it was good,” he said, during an interview with TheClemsonInsider.

Butler saw a little bit of “everything” while he was on campus.

“Academic side, football side, weight room, ocker room, coaches office, meeting rooms. We went to the stadium, that was really it,” he said.

At his side for the afternoon was defensive backs coach Mike Reed and graduate assistant Corico Wright.
