Ransford Gyan netted his second brace of the season capped off with a goal from Nathan Richmond to push the No. 3 ranked Tigers over No. 10 ranked Pitt 3-2 on Friday night at Historic Riggs Field. The 3-2 win marks the first ACC win of the season for the Tigers.
Pitt struck first in the 5′ but Ransford Gyan quickly found the back of the net in the 21′ to record his fifth goal of the season. Gyan didn’t wait very long before kicking in his sixth goal of the season, drawing out Pitt’s keeper to net a wide open goal in the 36′.
