It’s been a big week for Shelby (N.C.) Crest safety Lannden Zanders.
The talented 2019 prospect has picked up three more scholarship offers since Monday, including ACC offers from Clemson and Georgia Tech.
Clemson offered Zanders on Wednesday, and TCI caught up with him about the major college opportunity.
“It’s a big offer,” Zanders said. “I’m super happy.”
Zanders got the good news of the offer from Clemson safeties coach Mickey Conn.
“Coach Conn called me,” Zanders said. “(He told me) I could come in and make an impact my freshman year.”
Along with Clemson and Georgia Tech, Zanders holds offers from Vanderbilt, App State, East Carolina, Georgia Southern and UNC Charlotte.
