On Wednesday, Clemson defensive ends coach Marion Hobby extended an offer from Clemson to Cincinnati (Ohio) Moeller four-star defensive tackle Aeneas Hawkins.
The Clemson Insider spoke with Hawkins, a 2018 prospect, shortly after he received the offer.
“I know those guys win,” Hawkins said of Clemson. “They are building a very rich tradition, and it’s fun to watch.”
Hawkins visited Clemson for the first time in the spring, and he’s already planning a return trip after receiving the offer.
“Yes, I am,” Hawkins said. “Possibly for the Pitt game (on Nov. 12).”
What is Hawkins looking forward to seeing when he makes it back to Clemson?
