Clemson is undefeated through 13 games for the first time in program history and has a chance to become the first 15-0 team in college football history. It is ranked No. 1 and has been in each of the College Football Playoff rankings. And it won its first ACC title since 2011.
Yet, the Tigers are underdogs against the Oklahoma Sooners in the Orange Bowl with the winner advancing to the national championship game. That’s just fine by senior offensive lineman Eric Mac Lain and the Tigers.
“We love it. Being the underdog is a great thing,” Mac Lain said.
