One of the top players in the state of South Carolina for the 2022 recruiting cycle will work out Thursday morning at Dabo Swinney’s high school camp, and he will have a lot on the line. He’s hoping his workout convinces the Clemson coaches to extend an offer.
Mauldin 3-star safety Deuce Caldwell visited Clemson for the first day of visits Tuesday. His mother made the visit with him, and they spent the day getting the grand tour of the football facilities and the campus. He met with several people, from coaches to players. Everything was perfect for Caldwell; except he did not leave with an offer.
