CHARLOTTE — By all accounts, Adam Randall is making the most of his move to running back.
The former wideout was moved into the backfield just days before Clemson played at Texas in the opening round of the College Football Playoff last season. Despite having just a few days of practice, Randall proved he was a capable back in that matchup against one of the best defenses in the country.
His move to running back has ignited a ton of conversation about what the Tigers’ running game might look like when they open the season at home against LSU on August 30, and during the ACC Kickoff this week in Charlotte, quarterback Cade Klubnik brimmed with confidence when speaking of Randall’s transformation.
