Happy to be on board

Andrew Coker went 20-2 during his sophomore and junior years at Hartsville High School.

The 6-foot-3, 180-pound right-handed pitcher played a big part in the Red Foxes’ Lower State titles in 2014 and 2015.

Now a senior, Coker will take his talents to Clemson next year. He committed to pitch for Monte Lee earlier this month after a stellar showing at the Palmetto Games.

“I went up there with coach Lee, who I love as a coach. I can’t wait to play for him. I like the whole atmosphere at Clemson. It feels like a family.
