Good news for legendary Clemson receiver Hunter Renfrow.
After releasing Renfrow ahead of this past Tuesday’s NFL roster cutdown deadline, the Carolina Panthers are re-signing Renfrow to their active roster, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter on Saturday.
This past Wednesday, Panthers head coach Dave Canales commented on Renfrow’s future, saying the team had been in “constant communication” with Renfrow since Tuesday and that they had “a couple of things on the table” for the 29-year-old wide receiver.
“He’s talking to his family, he’s talking to his agent. We have a couple of things on the table for him,” Canales said.
