It didn’t take long for this former Clemson star to land with another NFL team.
The Houston Texans have reportedly picked up former Tiger edge rusher Xavier Thomas.
After being released by the Arizona Cardinals this past Friday, Thomas is signing to the Texans’ practice squad, according to reports. Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reported that the Texans hosted Thomas for a visit on Tuesday.
A two-time All-ACC selection at Clemson and 2018 national champion, Thomas was selected by the Cardinals in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL Draft with the 138th overall pick.
