A former in-state talent has set a return date to Clemson.
2028 QB Grayson Clary tells The Clemson Insider that he plans to be on hand when the Tigers open the season on August 30 against LSU.
“I am really excited to get to see the atmosphere for such a huge home opener,” Clary said. “It’s going to be electric, and I can’t wait to feel the energy in Death Valley for a night game.”
Clary was the full-time starter for nearby Daniel last season, passing for 2,841 yards with 41 touchdown throws to just two interceptions.
