Former Clemson Standout Signs NBA Deal

A former Clemson basketball standout has signed an NBA deal.

Chase Hunter announced on Instagram that he has signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the New Orleans Pelicans. An Exhibit 10 deal brings a player into training camp with the potential to be converted into a two-way deal.

Hunter just wrapped up a stellar collegiate career at Clemson, spending six seasons playing for Brad Brownell. He finished his career with the Tigers third in total points (1,789), fifth in double-figure scoring games (93), first in minutes played (4,576), first in games played (167), fourth in starts (123), 12th in field goals made (614), sixth in three-point field goals (204), 10th in free throws made (357) and sixth in assists (435).
