A former Clemson hurler has found his new college home.

Former Tiger pitcher B.J. Bailey announced that he has committed to the University of Tampa for his sixth college season.

In his third year at Clemson in 2025, Bailey recorded a 2-5 record with a 5.46 ERA across 61 innings pitched over 21 appearances (six starts). He allowed 65 hits and struck out 50 batters with 22 walks.

Bailey was primarily a matchup lefthander out of the bullpen in the 2023 season, then redshirted in 2024, when he suffered a leg injury and missed the season.
