A fast-rising in-state running back will return to Clemson next month.
2027 running back Aiden Gibson (Woodruff) tells The Clemson Insider that he plans to work out at Dabo Swinney’s high school camp on June 4. It will mark his first time on campus since his freshman year.
The 6-foot-1, 203-pound recruit has had a busy few weeks, picking up offers from South Carolina, Florida and NC State in the month of May. Virginia Tech offered in March, and Gibson has also secured offers from Liberty, Coastal Carolina and Marshall.
As a sophomore, Gibson helped guide Woodruff to a 9-2 record and an appearance in the AAA playoffs.
