For fans of Clemson recruiting, one of the more anticipated days of the summer has arrived.
Five-star DL Bryce Perry-Wright (Buford, GA) is set to announce a commitment on Saturday during a ceremony that is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. The finalists are Clemson, Texas A&M, Texas and Miami.
Each of the finalists got an official visit, with Clemson getting one in early June and Texas A&M receiving the final one two weeks ago. The Tigers were viewed as the favorites going back to last summer, and for a multitude of reasons. With Nick Eason leading the charge, Clemson’s track record for developing defensive linemen really resonated, as did the family-like culture.
