Could a Clemson-Florida Football Series be in the works?

Could a potential Florida vs. Clemson series be in the works? If Florida athletic director Scott Stricklin and Clemson athletic director Dan Radakovich have their way, maybe so.

Stricklin tweeted Tuesday evening he was looking to add an additional home-and-home series against another Power 5 school, which Radakovich responded with “Call me!”

Radakovich offered up the years 2037 and 2038 as a possible home-and-home series.

Clemson’s out conference schedule against Power 5 opponents is currently booked through the 2037 season. Besides rival South Carolina, who the Tigers play a home-and-home series with every year, they have future home-and-home series already scheduled with Notre Dame (’20, ’22, ’23, ’27, ’28, ’31, ’34, and ’37), LSU (’25 and ’26), Georgia (’29, ’30, ’32 and ’33) and Oklahoma in (’35 and ’36).
