CLEMSON — While Clemson may have gone into signing day with 20 commitments, the Tigers only signed 19 players.
Four-star safety Kaden Gebhardt (Olentangy, OH) has flipped to Ohio State, officially joining the Buckeyes on Wednesday.
Gebhardt had been committed to Clemson since March and reaffirmed his commitment as recently as five weeks ago in an interview with TCI.
With Gebhardt signing elsewhere, that leaves the Tigers with just one safety in the class, after having three committed before the start of the season. Three-star Blake Stewart decommitted in October.
Gebhardt becomes the fourth decommitment in the class.
