CLEMSON — A Clemson tight end was injured in the first quarter of Saturday’s game versus Furman.
Olsen Patt-Henry was injured on his fourth down-and-seven catch on the Tigers’ second drive. Patt-Henry made the 12-yard catch from quarterback Cade Klubnik which extended the drive and set up Klubnik’s 22-yard touchdown pass to Antonio Williams a few moments later for 10-0 lead.
After his 12-yard catch, Patt-Henry came up grabbing his knee and immediately went to the injury tent. He came out of the tent on crutches and immediately was assisted to the locker room. His return to the game is doubtful.
