The Clemson Tigers haven’t been afraid to make changes to their uniforms over the years, but for the most part, they have been consistent with logos, colors, and designs for decades, especially in football.

Many fans don’t know this but the Paw is only slightly over five decades old. It was adopted on July 21, 1970. Since then it has been a constant, and it would be heresy to consider changing the university’s main athletic logo.

That said, there are plenty of people who have spoken their opinion that the Tigers should be more active with alternative jerseys and helmets.
