CLEMSON – The Tigers got the brooms out Sunday as they cruised to a 8-3 win over Virginia Tech and a sweep of the Hokies.
Andrew Cox, Jordan Greene and Robert Jolly all finished with two RBI’s on the afternoon.
Clemson played incredible defense in the second to keep the Hokies off the board. Jordan Greene made a great over the shoulder catch for the second out. Chase Pinder stole a grand slam for the final out by climbing the wall and grabbing the ball over the fence.
Virginia Tech took the lead in the top of the third when they plated two runs.
