Clemson Signee Named MVP of All-Star Game

A Clemson signee has been named an MVP for one of South Carolina’s high school all-star games.

Three-star in-state DE Michael Foster (Indian Land) earned defensive MVP honors for the winning North team in the Touchstone Energy Cooperatives Bowl. Foster was very disruptive what he was on the field and also blocked a punt.

The annual all-star game features some of the top seniors in the state. Foster was also one of two captains for the North squad.

The 6-foot-3, 230-pound recruit, who originally committed to ECU, was credited with 140 tackles, 12.0 sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and four pass breakups during his senior season.
